By accessing or using Petfectly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Petfectly. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your pets
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Misrepresent your pets or their health status
• Engage in any activity that puts pets or people at risk
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools

Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos, text, and other content you upload. By posting content, you grant Petfectly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content within the platform to provide our services.

Our Content: The Petfectly name, logo, design, and all original content are owned by Petfectly and protected by intellectual property laws.

Petfectly is designed to facilitate pet playdates and friendships. You are solely responsible for:

• The safety and supervision of your pets during any meetups
• Ensuring your pets are properly vaccinated and healthy
• Providing accurate information about your pet's temperament
• Any interactions between your pets and other users or their pets

We take safety seriously. You can report users for violations, and our moderation team reviews all reports. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms without prior notice.

Petfectly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any injuries to pets or people during meetups arranged through the app
• Accuracy of information provided by other users
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Actions or conduct of other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
